Mary Swanson, an Arkansas native, and former National Account Director for a fortune 200 company, is the Owner and President of Swan Packaging. Her experience and excitement in packaging spans over 20 years and she loves the role of teacher and mentor to her employees. Her passion and standard of excellence has raised the bar for delivering customer service.
Sherri Brown
Midwest Regional Sales Manager
Sherri Brown, born and raised in and around St. Louis, MO, is the Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Prior to joining the Swan Packaging Team she had a 10 year career with the YMCA of Greater St. Louis as the Director of Health and Wellness/Corporate Sales. Her experience in management and passion for people prepared her for the customer driven mission of SPI.
Andrea Riddle
Western Regional Sales Manager
Andrea Riddle, born and raised on a pig farm in Central Illinois, is the Western Regional Sales Manager. Prior to joining Swan Packaging she spent ten years in sales and management in the media and entertainment industry. Her energy and competitive nature is such a pleasure and drives Andrea to exceed customer expectations.
Ruth Harker
Vice President & Director of Technical Support
Ruth Harker, a St. Louis native and former Soccer MVP, wears many hats within the company. Besides maintaining excellent relationships with our valuable customers, she heads up our graphics and technical support functions. With a background in engineering and her outgoing personality, she is well respected and depended upon at the production level.
Amy Clarke-Krupp
Director of Operations
Amy Clarke-Krupp, born and raised across the river in Alton, IL is our Director of Operations. Prior to joining Swan Packaging she spent several years in the mortgage industry and had experience in owning and running a small business. Her passion and tenacity in working with our customers and suppliers brings valuable leadership and confidence to our management team.
Claudia Penna
East Coast Regional Sales Manager
Caudia Penna, a New England native, is the East Coast Regional Sales Manager. With an MBA she began her career at Swan Packaging in operations then later moved into sales. Her overall knowledge of the business gives her a unique perspective of customer needs. Whether speaking to purchasing, marketing or production...she relates.
